Health doesn’t usually fail all at once. It frays.

A bit of pain you work around.

Energy that doesn’t quite return.

Movement that feels less reliable than it used to. Most of us don’t notice at first. We adapt. We compensate. We keep going.

Rethread Health exists to unpick what’s been quietly building, and to help re-thread health in a way that fits real life.

“ I have suffered with a lower back problem for nearly forty years. During that time I have experienced treatment for the issue from perhaps 30 to 40 specialist osteopaths. Without question Kerry Francis is one of the best two professionals I have come across during that time. (The other was a qualified osteopathic surgeon).

I found Kerry’s approach to investigating my issue to be outstanding. She did not merely accept my description of the problem but conducted her own whole body examination before arriving at her recommendations for treatment.

Whilst I found her physical treatment to be extremely beneficial to my pain relief, it was also her further administrative support which I found so helpful. Kerry does not abandon her patients at the end of a treatment session but follows up in writing with advice and exercise suggestions, all supported by pictorial and video tools.

She is clearly exceptionally knowledgeable about her subject matter and has a warm and reassuring bedside manner. In short and without hesitation, I would recommend Kerry Francis’ treatments to anyone with any muscular skeletal problem.”

Osteopathy

I’m Kerry Francis, a registered osteopath, I help people with musculoskeletal pain, aches and niggles with a growing focus on lifestyle medicine, prevention, and ageing well.

Osteopathy is a regulated primary care profession focused on understanding the body’s patterns and how they influence movement, comfort and function. With careful assessment, individualised manual treatment and personalised guidance, I support the musculoskeletal system, helping your body move more freely, reduce persistent discomfort and engage its own capacity to respond.

I see health and pain as something that needs attention, understanding, and support over time. Health has become rushed, fragmented, and reactive. My work is about helping people understand what’s happening in their bodies now, while protecting what matters later.

This is calm, evidence-rooted care, without the noise.

Patient Reviews

Here’s what my clients say about me
Kerry was brilliant at sorting out my recent shoulder problem. Thorough and patient, she explained what she was doing and why. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even translated my X-ray report into layman’s terms so that I could understand it. Couldn’t have been in more capable hands. I would certainly go back to her if I needed. Have no hesitation in recommending Kerry.
If you are struggling with constant pain, I would highly recommend a visit to Kerry at Back on Track Health. She has helped me come to terms with a painful shoulder which I have experienced for several years. With Kerry’s help and advice my pain levels have now reduced considerably and in turn I have been able to lower my pain medication. I now feel positive moving forward and will continue to work on the advice Kerry has provided. Amazing lady – thank you.
I pulled my shoulder in September whilst exercising and have had multiple specialists work on it over the last 6 months in London and seen little improvement. I managed to catch Kerry on a recent trip to Lincolnshire and after just 1 session I saw a 90% improvement. I am always amazed by Kerry’s gentle but devastatingly effective technique. Thank you as always Kerry!
